🚨 Calling all kid entrepreneurs! 🚨 We’re setting up for Kids Holiday Market at The Battery Atlanta and your small business belongs on the big stage! ⚾️🧢 If your kid loves making, baking, crafting, designing, or inventing, this is their big-league moment. Set up a real booth, meet tons of shoppers, and learn the ropes of running a business in the most fun, high-energy setting right outside the Truist Park entrance!
Market-Specific Restrictions/Instructions:
- No Braves or The Battery Atlanta branded products of any kind.
- No soda/water/juice/beverage of any kind, including lemonade. No candy. No ice cream. No pizza.
- All products must be your original designs/creations (no characters, logos, brand names, or “inspired by” look-alikes). No trademarked or licensed items.
- ⚠️ REQUIRED WAIVER BEFORE MARKET DAY ⚠️ After you register, the Market Manager will email you a required pre-market liability waiver to sign. This must be completed before the day of the market, if it isn’t signed, you will NOT be allowed to set up. Didn’t get the email within 1 week of registering? Please check spam/junk and then reach out to Children’s Entrepreneur Market (CEM) so we can confirm your email on file is correct. Watch for an email from your Market Manager, Courteney Gamadanis, with the subject line “Action Required: Pre-Market Waiver.”
- Canopies, tables, and tablecloths will be provided! You may not bring your own.
- Parking in the Red Deck is free for the first 2 hours. If you stay longer than 2 hours, you’ll be responsible for the posted deck rates: $25 for 2–3 hours, $40 for 3–4 hours, and a $50 flat rate for 4–24 hours. Please plan accordingly for the length of the market.
Parents:
- DO NOT engage the customers, answer questions or handle money. DO help your child do all of those things!
- Parents MAY NOT prepare or serve food- everything must be done by the child.
- Sit in the back of the booth and act like you’re not there! At the heart of this experience is for your child to do the selling.
