Restrictions for this market: The sale of food items is prohibited.
Our farmers market run entirely by kids will be at the town of Waxhaw’s annual Touch-a-Truck & Tree lighting event this November! This event will feature a variety of vehicles, holiday crafts, vendors, music and dance entertainment, as well as a visit from Santa Claus. We anticipate 800 patrons at this event!
Market- Specific Instructions
- Load in time for this event will be between 12pm-1pm. The town needs to get all of our cars out of the park before they can start bringing in the trucks for the Touch-a-Truck part of the event.
- No more traffic inside of the park after 1pm, big trucks will be coming in.
- Vendors will drive into the park, drop off your items, park your car and then walk back to the park. Parking will be at South Providence.
- Vendors can utilize Brevard Street and the back of the park to enter.
- Vendors can start packing up at 5:45pm.
- Parents can not drive back into the park until all pedestrians and all trucks are out of the parking lot. (approx. 6:30pm)
- Weights are required for canopies, no stakes allowed.
- Battery or Solar lights are required for the last hour of the market.
