How do I register for the market?

All the children must be registered online through our website.

What does the registration fee include?

Your first market of the year includes a book, one t-shirt, entrepreneur curriculum, and your 10’x10′ space. All registrations after your first market cover your 10’x10′ space.

Is there a waitlist/standby for sold out markets?

There are no waiting lists or standby booths, even if cancellations occur.

Can I get refunded/transfers for a market that I am unable to attend?

No refunds or credits are given for any reason and CEM does not transfer registrations to other markets. You may give your registration to a friend by providing their name and email to your local market manager.

When will I receive my shirt?

You will receive your shirt when you check-in at your first market. Additional shirts can be purchased at any market.

I registered for my first market at a later time than the first market I am participating in, can I receive my shirt early?

This isn’t a problem, just reach out to your local market manager and they can resolve this issue for you.

How can I update my registration to add another child, change the product we're selling or update the business name?

There is no need to update this information.

What is provided for my kids at the market?

We provide the space and the patrons. Families are expected to provide all supplies needed for their child including, but not limited to: tables, canopies/umbrellas, chairs, displays, etc.

What can children sell?

Children can sell almost anything, including handmade items, store-bought goods, food, games, or services. Each market has its own restrictions, be sure to check the specific market’s page for detailed restrictions.

What is CEM's weather policy?

The market operates rain or shine, with cancellations occurring only in the event of severe weather (extreme conditions posing safety risks). Cancellation decisions are posted 24 hours prior on the market page online. If cancelled, there are no refunds, rescheduling, or credits to other markets because the registration fees have already been used to secure the venue, purchase insurance and advertise, well before the event takes place. This is standard for farmers markets and outdoor events.
